
Kirk Schoenherr is a guitarist, keyboardist, vocalist, producer, and composer. He is a touring and recording musician, based out of Brooklyn, New York.
Kirk has played sold-out venues across five continents and many of the world’s biggest music festivals, including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Glastonbury, Primavera Sound, and Laneway Festival. His national television appearances include The Ellen Degeneres Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live. He has also performed at many iconic venues including the Sydney Opera House, the 02 Brixton Academy, and Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, Colorado.
Kirk has worked with Chet Faker, Elle King, Mae Muller, Dawn Richard, Blonder, Blanco Brown, Vérité, Skaters, Kaye, Soleima, San Fermin, Casual Male, John Agnello, Jaymay, Victoria Reed, Johnny Lewis, Annie Bass, Alexz Johnson, and many other artists.
In 2014, Kirk played and sang in Icelandic artist Ragnar Kjartansson’s installation, “Me, My Mother, My Father, and I” at The New Museum in New York. He has also composed and performed with New York City dance companies and several improvising ensembles, as well as released records of his own collaborative projects, Companion (2012), and Smother Party (2011).
